I’m telling you this because they have created a perfect partnership with a non-competing local business which ultimately brings customers to both businesses. I experienced the synergy of that partnership this afternoon and I have to admit, it was fantastic!

Anyone who knows me knows that my car is ALWAYS a disaster. I work out of my car so you can find any collection of accumulated stuff. I keep telling myself that I will clean it out, but of course I always have 300 better things to do.  So, a disaster it stays.

Today I was able to have a working lunch at a fabulous bistro, walk out to my car and enjoy a sparkling clean, organized vehicle that I didn’t have to wait for.  They solved my problem of not enough time in the day and my perpetual laziness when it comes to my car.  I in turn immediately told my husband, my friend Tricia, anyone who’ll listen to me for 5 minutes and of course you as you are reading my blog.

The object lesson of this marketing tirade? Create loyalty in your customers by making their lives easier. Trust me, they will thank you for it.
